Mein Account ist komplett gesperrt, ohne vorherige Ankündigung/Mahnung. Kein Zugang zu den Foren, da Benutzer nicht bekannt, kein Zugang mehr zu Spiel "Euer Guild Wars 2 Account wurde geschlossen, weil ihr das Spiel modifiziert, oder versucht habt, es zu manipulieren.... Dies ist eine dauerhafte Maßnahme"

Das kommt für mich aus heiterem Himmel, keine Ahnung, was ArenaNet da geritten hat. Ich habe keinerlei Software, die "das Spiel manipuliert". Meinen Rechner habe ich sogar letzte Woche neu aufgesetzt, außer Windows 10, TS3, und GW2 ist praktisch sonst nichts drauf. Steam habe ich noch, aber alles einfach nur Standard. keinerlei Cheat-Software, keinen Virenscanner. Ich bin mehr als verärgert, und im GW2-Forum kann ich nicht schreiben, da ich dort ja auch gebannt bin.

Und "Perma-Ban" ohne irgendeinen Hinweis oder einer vorherigen Warnung?

Auch bezweifle ich, dass mein Passwort gahackt wurde, da es sehr komplex ist (16 Zeichen mit Sonderzeichen), und ich habe die "Zwei-Faktor-Authentifizierung" aktiviert.

Naja, zum Glück gibt es ja auch noch ein RL. Mich ärgert nur, dass ich von Monaten für HOT noch einmal 99 € hingeblättert habe.
